Shipping & Privacy

Is MeikiToy shipping discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no adult-related branding visible on the outside.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from California, USA.
What carrier do you use for free shipping?
Free shipping is available for U.S. customers only. We automatically choose the most economical shipping method based on package size, weight, and destination.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?
Yes. We ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses within the United States.
What do you write on customs forms?
We typically use descriptions such as "Massager" or "Massager Accessories" for international shipments.
Can you remove product packaging before shipping?
Yes. Please leave a note during checkout or contact us before your order ships. 
Will you send ads or marketing materials to my address?
No. We will never send advertisements or marketing materials to your shipping or billing address.

Orders & Payments

Why was my debit card declined?
Some banks have stricter verification systems for debit cards, which may cause a transaction to fail even if funds are available.
Why is my order showing "Awaiting Payment"?
Your payment has only been authorized. We do not capture the payment until your order is shipped from our warehouse.
My order failed, but I still see a charge on my card. Why?
This is usually a temporary authorization hold from your bank. The funds were not captured by MeikiToy and will normally be released automatically within a few business days.
What name will appear on my billing statement?
Depending on your payment method, the billing descriptor may appear as "M TOY" for privacy purposes.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the package has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Can I add items after placing my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you before the order ships.

Tracking & Delivery

Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Tracking information may take time to appear online. Please allow up to one business day for updates.
I need to change my shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot change shipping addresses once the package is already in transit.

Products & Lubricants

What type of lubricant should I use?
Only water-based lubricants should be used with products purchased from MeikiToy unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
Does the product include lubricant?
If the product listing says "Lubricant Included," it will include a water-based lubricant.

Customer Support

I did not receive my order confirmation email.
Please check your Spam or Junk folder first. You can also verify your order by logging into your account and reviewing your order history.
Why didn't I receive a reply to my inquiry?
At MeikiToy, we strive to respond to all emails as quickly as possible; however, delays may occur if our reply is filtered into your Spam/Junk folder, if an incorrect email address was entered, or if your message was sent outside our business hours (Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM PST).
